Product Returns
Dear Customers, as you know, at The Sim Co., we design products for a clean, energetic, and healthy life and offer these products to you, our valued customers. As you will understand, our products are designed to bring health and happiness to you, as well as your skin. These products should not be used on others, but should be integrated with the skin of a single person. Therefore, if you request a return of the products you purchased from us, you must return them within 14 days of receiving them, accompanied by the original, unopened/unused box or packaging, and the original invoice. We will not accept returns of products that are deemed unsuitable for health and hygiene reasons.
For the product you wish to return, you must first contact us and submit a return request. Your return or exchange request will be reviewed the same day, and an approval or rejection email will be sent to your email address, depending on the nature of the product. If we receive a confirmation email, you must complete your return shipment within three business days of receiving it.
Once the products are received, they will be inspected again by us. Products that are not in acceptable condition will not be returned and will be sent back to you in the same condition . The shipping costs for reshipments will be covered by the buyer.
Order Cancellation
We would like to remind you that in order to cancel your new order, your order must not have been shipped yet.
Please remember that our products are delicate and fragile. Once they arrive undamaged, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or repairs due to reasons such as dropping, impact, misuse, or cleaning.
